With rent-to-rent model , Alou Villas rents your property for a specific period (usually 3 to 5 years) and pays you a fixed monthly rent, regardless of the property’s occupancy.

What do we take care of?
- We manage your property as a tourist accommodation, handling guest communication, online platform management, police registration, property maintenance, professional cleaning, hiring a photographer, and coordinating any necessary decoration or renovations to enhance its appeal.
- You receive a fixed, guaranteed monthly income. No matter what happens, you'll always receive the same amount every month.
- We manage your tourist license (We manage it but this cost is the owner's responsibility)
- You can still use your property, but you must give six months' notice of the dates, and there is a maximum of two weeks for high season (June, July, and August). The amount you get paid monthly will be calculated depending on how long you stay that month.
